“I have a home in the upper peninsula of Michigan that had originally belonged to my husband's family. I decided to have a basement put under it to preserve it, but couldn't find anyone to do it. Jesse agreed to handle the job. He didn't know anyone in the area, and being from Texas, had little experience with basements. He did an amazing job. He faced some difficult obstacles in getting permits, finding a competent person to remove trees, getting an excavator to dig out the basement next to the house, and forming a team to put the basement in. After all of that, he supervised moving the house onto the new basement. After a break to return home, he coordinated with the excavator, electrician, and well driller and made another trip here to install a new septic system, drill a new well, and get electricity back on in the house. Next up, Jesse will supervise major renovations on the house itself. I'm very happy with the the work Jesse has accomplished so far and am looking forward to completion.”
